SSE’s Training Centre in Perth is a key facility within the company’s property stock. SSE staff from all over Scotland use the facility for various training programmes.

The first stage of the project involved setting up a secure compound adjacent to the building.
The preparation works involved masking of the windows, power washing all elevations, application of a primer then 2 coats of the Tor Unicover S system.
