Types of Green Roof

Intensive

Typically designed as urban architecture for outdoor living space. An intensive roof is the least common application, heavier and often the more expensive.

Semi-intensive

Very similar to the common garden with both extensive and intensive areas.

Extensive

Approximately 75% of all green roofs installed within the UK and Europe are extensive. They are the lighter by design and require very little maintenance.
