Our Merseyside Commercial Roofing Team has just completed this Flat Roof for one of our Academic clients located in the West Midlands. The System is a 3 layer bituminous membrane system incorporating tapered insulation.

The project was to be delivered during the summer half-term. To ensure the programme was achieved the scaffold was erected and secured during the Spring Half term ready to get started immediately at the start of the 6-week break. The roof is now fully watertight and no longer suffering from poor drainage which caused excessive standing water.
