Weatherproofing Advisors have successfully been awarded a new roofing project (5500m2) for a packaging manufacturer in central Scotland.
The works comprise stripping off the existing asbestos cement roof sheets, rooflights, walkway systems and replacing with new composite roof panels, flashings, trims and gutter linings. The work is to be undertaken in phases in line with the client’s timescales for installing new machinery.
The work also includes for the replacement of the existing gas fired radiant panel heating system with a new system to meet the clients requirements.
