Where are you based?

I am based in the London Service Centre but have a National responsibility to all Service Centres.

How long have you been with WPA?

I opened the London Service Centre in January 2012.

What do you like most about your job?

Aside from building relationships with clients and staff, my greatest intrinsic reward is when we refurbish a complete building; transforming old to new.  I like bringing a “new build” quality and expectation to the refurbishment market.
